What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a very relaxed state, which when achieved, allows the conscious mind to be bypassed in order for the subconscious mind to come to the forefront and accept suggestions.

Habits are a conditioned response in the subconscious mind. If you do something enough times, the subconscious mind begins to believe that this behavior pattern is what you want and therefore makes it part of your natural behavior. The only way to effectively and permanently make a true change in your behavior pattern is to change the "stored" pattern in the subconscious mind and that's what Hypnosis and listening to the hypnosis suggestions can assist you to do.

Can Hypnosis Work for You?
